PRODUCT RETURNS

Can I return the product?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, however, we do accept returns and are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange.

We will accept Product returns if you change your mind within 14 days following the date on which you receive the Products. To qualify for a change of mind return:

  • The Product/s must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging and/or labels intact.

In addition, we don’t accept change of mind returns for Products that were purchased on sale, as advertised in store or online.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned Product/s, we will provide you with a store credit valid to the value of the returned Product/s less any freight or handling costs communicated in advance to you. Store credits are valid for 30 days and are only for use in store or online for any service or product.

If we are not satisfied with the condition of the returned Product/s, the Product/s will not be accepted and will not provide you with a store credit. Shipping fees associated with the return of goods are at the sole responsibility of the customer; the exception to this is where we have deemed the Product to be faulty where we will arrange the method of return at our own cost.

Faulty/Damaged item

If the item you have received is faulty or damaged, please email Customer Care (perfettobrows@gmail.com) with a photo/video and a detailed description of the product fault.

Incorrect item/s received

If you have received an item that you have not ordered, please email our Customer Care team (perfettobrows@gmail.com) within 3 days with a photo of the product/s you have received as well as your picking ticket and postage box.
Please do not open or dispose of the item/s until we have been in contact with you.

SHIPPING

COVID-19 Impacts:
Australia Post has temporarily suspended their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery. Express Post is still available but orders may not be delivered next business day every time. For more information visit the Australia Post Coronavirus Domestic updates page. Delivery times for standard post may also be slightly delayed during this time.


What will the cost of shipping be?

All orders are charged a flat rate of $10 for postage and handling. Your order will be sent using Australia Post, with tracking..

When will my order be sent?

Orders are despatched from Monday to Saturday. Please note that there may be slight delays in shipping at times of high volume orders.
